Confirming receipt indicates satisfaction with the purchase and finalizes the transaction, allowing payment to be released to the seller. If no claims are made within 72 hours after delivery, the buyer is deemed to have accepted the goods and no refunds will be issued.

Attempt to resolve the issue directly with the seller. Keeping all communication within G2G Chat is required to maintain a valid record for mediation.
Step 2:
Initiate a Dispute
File a claim via your dashboard.
If the seller is unable to provide a solution, you can officially escalate the order to a dispute through your order details page.
Step 3:
Provide Evidence
Upload supporting documentation.
To help our team review your case, please provide clear evidence such as screenshots of the delivery or videos of the issue.
Step 4:
Case Review
Specialists provide a final decision.
Our mediation team will review the evidence provided by both parties and reach a final decision based on our protection policies.

Official Communication
Keep all chats and trades within G2G. External logs (Discord/Skype) cannot be used as evidence in mediation.
Proof of Delivery
Maintain clear records of the trade. Video recording is mandatory for all orders exceeding $500.
The Inspection Period
You have a 72-hour window to verify your order. After this period, funds are released to the seller automatically.
