Negligence

Fraudulent Claims
Filing a fraudulent claim may result in legal action and account restrictions.
External Payment Reversals
Reversing payment outside G2G's escalation process stops our investigation immediately.
Buyers must only confirm receipt of the order after verifying that the product received matches the description and is in working condition. Confirming receipt indicates satisfaction with the purchase and finalizes the transaction, allowing payment to be released to the seller. If no claims are made within 72 hours after delivery, the buyer is deemed to have accepted the goods. How to Open a Buyer Claim
Facing an issue with an order? Follow these steps to submit your case for review through our protected mediation system.
Step 1:
Contact the Seller
Select Reopen on your order to notify the seller, then negotiate a resolution via G2G Chat.
Step 2:
Initiate an Escalation
If the seller is unable to provide a solution, escalate the order via your dashboard.
Step 3:
Provide Evidence
Upload supporting documentation such as screenshots or videos, if applicable.
Step 4:
Case Review
Your case is escalated to a specialist for review.
